At TravisScottMerch.shop, we want you to be happy with your order. If something is wrong, we will do our best to fix it.
Return & Refund Window
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
If more than 30 days have passed, we cannot issue a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
Your item must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in the same condition you received it
- Include the original packaging
- Have proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
Non-Returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Digital downloads
- Personal care products
- Items marked as final sale
How to Request a Return
Email us at sale@travisscotmerch.shop with your order number and reason for the return.
We will send you return instructions by email.
Do not send items back to the manufacturer.
Refund Process
When we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If you do not see your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your card provider
- If still unresolved, email us at support@travisscotmerch.shop
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, email us first and wait for return instructions before shipping.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we will issue a gift credit for the returned product value.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
Send your return to the address provided in your approval email.
- Customers pay for return shipping
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Use a trackable shipping method or insurance for expensive items
