After you submit an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

Please note:

  • Sale items and gift cards cannot be refunded.
  • Pre-order items are made especially for you and cannot be canceled or refunded once production begins.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Quick notification helps us arrange a replacement or file a claim with the courier.
